Yoga Instructor – Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated full-time yoga instructor to lead classes and support our vibrant community. If you have a passion for teaching, are certified in yoga, and want to help others achieve their wellness goals, we’d love to hear from you.

Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM

Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher – Part-Time

We are seeking a compassionate meditation and mindfulness teacher to guide our students in deepening their practice. This part-time role will involve leading meditation classes and workshops that promote relaxation, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

Saturdays & Sundays, 9 AM – 1 PM

Front Desk Coordinator – Part-Time

Join our front desk team as a part-time coordinator. You’ll be responsible for welcoming students, managing class schedules, and assisting with administrative tasks. If you have excellent communication skills and a love for yoga, this role is for you.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM

1. Are there yoga classes available for complete beginners?

Yes! Our platform offers specially designed beginner-friendly classes that focus on foundational poses, simple breathing techniques, and safety guidelines.

2. Can I join yoga sessions from home?

Absolutely. We offer both live and on-demand yoga classes that you can attend from the comfort of your home using your phone or laptop.

3. Do I need any special equipment to start yoga?

Not at all. A basic yoga mat and comfortable clothing are enough to get started. Optional props like blocks or straps can be used but aren’t necessary for beginners.

4. What types of yoga styles are available on the website?

We offer a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Power Yoga, and Restorative Yoga—suitable for all experience levels and goals.

5. Can yoga help with stress and anxiety?

Yes, yoga is known for its calming effects. Our guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga flows are especially designed to reduce stress and promote mental well-being.
